1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- ✓Your refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- ✓You have not viewed any contact details (phone number or email) using the purchased plan.
- ✓The plan was purchased via the Jeevan Sanyog app (not a third-party channel).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- ✗You have viewed one or more contact details under the plan — the service has been partially used.
- ✗The request is made after 7 days of purchase.
- ✗Free or promotional plans (₹0 plans, launch offers) — there is no charge to refund.
- ✗The plan has already expired at the time of the request.
3. Technical Failure / Payment Issues
If your payment was deducted but your membership was not activated, we will resolve it promptly at no extra effort from your side:
- ✦First, close and reopen the app — membership activates automatically in most cases.
- ✦If still not activated, contact us via WhatsApp or email (see below) with your registered phone number or email.
- ✦We will activate your membership or issue a full refund within 48 hours.

Keep your Razorpay payment ID (shown in the payment confirmation screen or your bank statement) handy when you contact us — it helps us resolve your issue faster.
4. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds (e.g., for unused days or unused contact views). Refunds are issued in full or not at all, based on the eligibility criteria above.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
- ✦Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) via Razorpay.
- ✦Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- ✦Your membership will be deactivated immediately upon refund approval.
6. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team using any of the options below. Please include your registered name, phone number or email, and a brief description of the issue.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
