Each user may maintain only one profile on the platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Terms, you may report it using the in-app reporting feature. You may also block users whose behaviour you find inappropriate. Blocking a user will immediately remove them from your feed and prevent further interaction.
We review all reports and reserve the right to take appropriate action, including profile deactivation.
Jeevan Sanyog offers free and paid membership plans. Paid plans provide additional features such as viewing contact details and sending interest requests. All payments are processed securely. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

All content, branding, and technology within the App are the exclusive property of Jeevan Sanyog. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
Jeevan Sanyog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, and we are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform.
We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are responsible for exercising caution when interacting with other members.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeevan Sanyog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice. You may also delete your account at any time from within the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
